Your reaction to your failures, as much as your successes, defines you. You can beat yourself up over a failure, or you can give yourself the permission to make mistakes and vow to learn from them. Let’s face it, whichever route you take, you will still make some mistakes in your life.

One approach chips away at your self-esteem, the other helps you become a better person. Choose. Continue reading »

to fix thisSometimes can be hard to believe in yourself, especially if you feel like you have nothing to offer or are unworthy of things. but I want you to know that you are worthy and you are capable. If you’re having trouble seeing all the amazing things about you, get my tips  below to start building you confidence in yourself and get ready to show the world how much you can achieve and even offer to others.

Recognize. Learn to recognize the skills that you have and the good things about yourself. There are lots! You may not always recognize them but they are there. One way is to look for the things that you don’t struggle with or to look for the things that people compliment you on (even if you aren’t very good about accepting the compliment). When you look at the things you do well, you’ll feel more comfortable doing other things too.

Goals. Set goals for yourself and meet those goals. They will get you where you want to be. Actually go out and do things. Just thinking about what you want to do will only make you feel worse about yourself for not even starting them. Once you do make a goal, work hard to meet that goal. Make sure they are realistic. POSTER ZEBRA
Everything you need to succeed is already on the inside of you. When we set goals to accomplish greatness we need to already have the vision of the end result which is success. When it comes to motivating ourselves we need to understand that we already have what it takes to succeed. Today I want to talk about mindset and self-limiting beliefs that hinder our success in business and in goals.

When I say you already have everything you need to succeed I say this because this is true. Our minds are amazing. We must first believe in ourselves in order for others to believe in us. Whatever your goal is you must have self believe. The biggest gift you can give yourself is to believe in yourself. There are going to be obstacles in anything we do on the other hand, how we handle these obstacles will surely determine where our believe and values system within ourselves really lies. How do we strengthen our self believe and achieve greatness? This is really simple. How much time do you put into self-development? Are you reading something daily to encourage yourself? Are you listening to daily audios? Do you pray or meditate? Making time in your day to do these small; but powerful things will really work in developing self-confidence, and a mind of peace and joy. Make the investment in yourself you are worth it! Continue reading »

hustleI want to talk about the concept of hustle. One of the biggest mistakes I see people who start a business is assuming that by signing up with a company and then waiting for miracles happen, they think they have a business and everything will fall into place.
With little to no research on the customer, the sales channels, or the market, people often think that, everything else just falls into place.
I can hear you right now saying, “I know that’s not true. I hustle.
It’s easy to believe that we are hustling when we stay up until 2am working in our desk. But that’s not true. That’s not hustling. That’s escaping. That’s doing the things that come easily to you and that you love.  And then what often happens is the hustling gets replaced with questions like: What am I doing wrong? Continue reading »

YES NOPeople have to be responsible for their thoughts, so they have to learn to control them. It may not be easy, but it can be done. First of all, if we don’t want to think certain things we don’t say them.

Though are things. Every though has a consequence. No thought lives in your brain rent-free. Each though is a pebble dropped into the pond of your fife the ripples are real. The more intense the thought, the more powerful the outcome. We don’t have to eat everything we see,  and we don’t have to say everything we think. So we begin by watching our words and speaking with good purpose only. Continue reading »

Whatnever something doesn’t go as expected, most of us tend to “blame” someone else for what went wrong. In doing so, we lose a tremendous learning opportunity.
The world makes progress by learning from mistakes. When we blame someone, it gives that person power over the situation.
Here is quote that I keep in mind when I tend to blame others. Yes, I am including myself in this category. I am a human I tend to blame others. I am not an exception.
“People are always blaming their circumstances for what they are. I don’t believe in circumstances. The people who get on in this world are the people who get up and look for the circumstances they want, and, if they can’t find them,  they make them.”~ George Bernard Continue reading »

AbundanceThe dictionary defines abundance as “great supply, plenitude, sufficiency, more than enough” It is a principle that cannot wear out, rust out, get tired, or not deliver goods. Once you own the principle, the results that follow must be abundant. Abundant thinking multiplies, magnetized, and magnifies whatever is focused upon.
It’s very important to think it, see it, and of course live it.
We must successfully and repetitively live it create a picture in our minds of a state of abundance. Why? Because our state of mind creates our state of results. Continue reading »

header to cropAre you thinking going back to work?  Are you a stay at home mom looking for extra income?

Read my  My Story:

I used to work in  the Healthcare Field as a Nurse, working 12 hours shift. Now I am a professional Network Marketer, business builder and trainer. I am also a mother, sister, daughter, friend… you name it.

I moved to the United State 22 years ago. Here, I started my first business, a women’s Fashion boutique (I love Fashion). It wasn’t easy, even though I have been involved in many other businesses, as I come from an Entrepreneurial family in 2005 I was force to  close  down my  fashion business and with it my dreams of one day be a successful entrepreneur. I was devastated. Continue reading »
